Ordered a dress for my nephews wedding as my sister has passed I'm now mother of the bride I've always wanted to order from them it looks beautiful well I ordered on Aug 30th today is September 12. I've called them on 4 separate occasions and all I've accomplished is getting a shipping label generated. They took my money quickly and then could care less. They have zero customer service it has taken numerous calls on numerous days talking to people in the Philippines to finally get someone "level 2" who said I'll keep checking the shipping. I can do that! All you did was create a label. I'm disgusted and brokenhearted Shame on you

The VIP club is a RIP OFF. They promise 15 percent off and the process is not only SUPER difficult and you must go through a THIRD PARTY COMPANY, but that company sends you through a mail chimp THAT DOES NOT EXIST. So it is IMPOSSIBLE TO CLAIM your "rebate." The VIP club is nothing but a RIP OFF! IT IS NOT WORTH ONE RED CENT. PYRAMID COLLECTION IS NOT WORTH ORDERING FROM ANYMORE, SAD TO SAY. WHAT A SHAME WHEN SUCH PRETTY CLOTHES ARE TURNED INTO A SCAM.

NOT ONE FASHIONABLE FUNCTIONAL ITEM! I LIKE SOME GOTH I AM YOUNG LOOKING BUT THIS ALL REMINDS ME OF A HALLOWEEN COSTUME COMPANY!... AND THEE PRICES! RIDICULOUS! I AM THIN AND 5 FEET 4 INCHES AND THE ITEMS I DID ORDER IN THE PAST WERE SIMPLY AWFUL! MUCH BETTER CHOICES THAN THIS..

I have noticed that this vendor and the other vendors that are part of the Potpourri Group are getting terrible reviews on other review sites. Some reviewers are giving one star apparently because some of the Potpourri brands sell politically themed merchandise that these viewers find insulting. This seems so unfair. I shop at this group of stores solely for women’s clothing and I have never had problems with quality, customer service, returns, or refunds. I ordered something from Chadwick’s the other day and received it within a week. Besides Pyramid, Potpourri, and Chadwick’s, I believe Catalog Favorites and NorthStyle are under the Potpourri Group. I also believe that in the past five or six years I’ve ordered one or more items from each and never have had a problem, even though I have returned things because they were the wrong size or just didn’t look good on me.

Wife went on their site and put 3 items in cart, when she got to final payment page and saw shipping fee she closed page. Got charged $200 twice, they said she ordered twice. She called within an hour and they said they couldn't cancel orders because they were already being processed, told her she had to return them when she got the orders. They were extremely rude to her on phone.

My mom bought me a $50 gift card/certificate in 2019. I have YET to be able to use it because their website does not allow you to use it for online ordering. What? On top of that, I have been given 3 different customer service numbers to call and each one goes to a Chinese person who speaks little to no English. What the happened to this site???

I have bought many clothes from them over the years because I like the long flowy styles. I won't buy from them any more however. I purchased a shirt in June and they sent the wrong size, so I sent it right back, with the return form requesting an exchange for the CORRECT size but requesting they not charge me the shipping fee because it was their error. No correspondence from them and they just refunded my money. I didn't bother calling them because the event I wanted the clothes for has passed. With what they charge for clothes, and the fact they never have free shipping AND now they have bad customer service, I will find my cute flowy clothes elsewhere. Fool me once, your fault. Fool me twice, my fault. Not going to let them fool me again.

Shipping is ridiculously overpriced. I have paid less in shipping from foreign countries and it takes just as long to get it.
Items are hit or miss. The quality isn't always there, but the prices are always high.
I always get sucked in by a cute item, but then regret it.

Just wanted to say thank you for everybody's reviews. I've always wanted to order from Pyramid but their shipping rates always stopped me. I finally was going to order a skirt I fell in love with but had to get a second opinion on the ridiculous shipping rates. My googling led me here. I see it's not just their high shipping that is a problem but also quality and customer service. I will not order from them ever. Thank you for saving my hard earned money!
